Did you have a thing for octopuses?

Honestly, I think they’re fascinating.

But I didn’t think they were a “thing” for plushies.

How little I know about the fascination with handmade sea creatures.

Over the summer, I made 5. One was kidnapped by my 10 year old granddaughter.

The other four waited patiently until October rolled for my time at Cask and Vine.

They sold almost immediately.

Then an order came in for 4 custom ones.

I made a few more for Cask and Vine. They’re gone.

More custom orders came in.
Last week I delivered one more to Cask and Vine. Another custom order is set to go out in the mail.

I think you get the picture. Octopuses are popular!
